Kahuna
come onboard for an exclusive trip on the Côte d’Azure
What is the Kahuna ?
Kahuna is an Astréa 42 by Fountaine Pajot – a catamaran that strikes a perfect balance between sailing performance and onboard comfort. At 12 meters in length, it’s ideally sized for the Côte d’Azur: larger yachts are often restricted from anchoring in many bays, while Kahuna easily reaches more remote, tranquil anchorages.
With powerful engines, she handles confidently even in calm conditions and is easy to maneuver in harbors. Under sail, she impresses with remarkable stability and an average speed of about half the wind speed. The open helm, the panoramic saloon, and the seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces create a unique sense of openness – setting new standards in her class.
Onboard, you’ll find generous cabins with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and both shaded and sunlit lounges – ideal for unwinding in style.
Kahuna is more than a boat.
She’s your gateway to a way of life defined by freedom, elegance, and the rhythm of the sea.
The Côte D’Azure
Untouched Nature and Turquoise Waters
The Côte d’Azur captivates with its dramatic coastline of rugged cliffs, sheltered coves, and crystal-clear seas.
Particularly striking is the protected marine area surrounding the Îles d’Hyères – including Porquerolles, a true haven for sailors, swimmers, and nature lovers alike.
This island group, under strict environmental protection, offers pristine beaches, fragrant pine forests, and translucent waters – an ideal setting for anchoring, unwinding, and reconnecting with nature.
Port Grimaud – the “Little Venice” of the South
Often referred to as the “Little Venice” of southern France, Port Grimaud enchants with its unique water architecture, tranquil canals, and pastel-colored houses.
An ideal stopover when sailing the coast – picturesque, peaceful, and perfectly accessible by boat.
Mediterranean Flair and Coastal Charms
Beyond nature, the Côte d’Azur is home to some of the world’s most iconic coastal towns.
Saint-Tropez blends sophisticated elegance with Provençal charm – famous not only for its yachts and designer boutiques, but also for its winding old-town alleys and vibrant local markets.
